Search Terms Sent to Providers
When a visitor enters a name, place, or other query into a search tool on a content page, the entry is passed to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Jenkins County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own end. The provider's privacy notice controls what happens after the handoff.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or contact message may be kept so a reply can be written and the conversation can be managed. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process calls for it.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Web servers and analytics services may record ordinary technical details when a browser requests a Jenkins County page. Depending on the service configuration, those details can include:

Reasonable standard safeguards are used for information handled by the service. No internet-connected system is completely secure, however. Jenkins County Busted Mugshots cannot promise that transmission, storage, or a partner system will be free from every breach, attack, or unauthorized access.
Visitors Under 18
These pages are intended for adults and are not directed to children. The service does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a minor has submitted personal information, a parent or guardian may use the Contacts page to request review and deletion of that submission.
Your Data Choices
Subject to applicable law and the limits of information held by a private reference service, a visitor may ask about:
- A copy of personal information held about that visitor.
- Correction of inaccurate information supplied directly.
- Deletion of a message or other personal submission.
- Opting out of certain processing, cookies, or interest-based advertising where the relevant provider offers that choice.
Requests can be sent through the Contacts page. A request may need enough detail to identify the submission, and deleting a message here cannot erase information already sent to a search, analytics, advertising, court, sheriff, jail, GDC, BOP, or ICE system.
Policy Changes
This policy may be revised as the pages, providers, or data practices change. The revised wording will be posted here, and a new effective date will be shown when an update is made. Continued use after a posted change means the updated practices apply going forward.
